High specification offices consisting of large open plan office and reception areas with a number of private perimeter offices and themed meeting rooms. Services involved modification and extension of existing CAT A services including lighting, ventilation and VRF air conditioning systems. New feature and scene setting lighting facilities and incorporation of services with architectural elements.
